If you wish to proceed with a booking I would ask you to complete my booking form and sign my terms and conditions. I also ask for a £50 deposit to secure the date for you. Once I have received the above forms and deposit I will confirm your booking either in writing or by email.
In the event of a cancellation our terms are exactly as below.
Hire cancelled within 168 hours (7 days) from starting time - 100% charge payable.
Hire cancelled more than 168 hours (7 days) from starting time- 50% charge payable.
The £50 deposit payable with your inital booking is non refundable. The balance of the payment is due before the start of the evening's entertainment either by cheque (which is required a minimum of 10 working days before the date) or by cash on the evening. I regret that I cannot take a cheque as full payment on the day of the hire. If you intend to pay by cheque please advise me at the time of booking to avoid any misunderstanding.
